Returns & Refunds

Returns are are valid for orders within 14 days of the receipt of the goods*. All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return requests will not be accepted past the 14 days. For returns to be valid, items must still be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds are accepted on orders that have been placed but have not been received. Refunds on cancelled orders will be subject to a 3% processing fee. If you require a refund, please email with your order number as soon as possible, and you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing any parts, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please let us know and we try our best to offer a suitable solution. We stand by all of our products.

Price Match Policy

If prices of products change within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us and we will match the new price.

*Weight plates are final sale upon receipt and are not available for returns.
