Warranty

What is covered under warranty:

This warranty will ensure that the product is free from material workmanship or manufacturing defects during the warranty duration.
Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, and is non-transferable to subsequent owners.
Warranties will vary based on product.
Warranty duration will vary based on residential and commercial use.
There will be no obligation from Sato Muscle to honour warranty requests outside of the warranty period. Any warranty claims made outside the warranty period will be subject to additional cost for any repairs or replacements.
No warranty is offered on used products.

Issues will be corrected as follows:

Warranty requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis and if criteria is met, the item may be repaired, a replacement part may be ordered, or a partial refund may be issued back to the customer. The final resolution will be up to Sato Muscle’s discretion.
Replacement parts will come from overseas and may take a few weeks to a few months to arrive.

Urethane Dumbbells	30 days. Warranty is void if dropped onto concrete or hard surfaces. Dumbbells should be stored flat, and not on their sides.	No commercial warranty included. Dumbbells should be stored flat, and not on their sides.

This Warranty does not cover:

Wear and tear and cosmetic damage from general normal use will not be covered by the warranty.
Warranty will be voided if product is repaired through another company.
Warranty will be voided due to damage caused by negligence, improper maintenance, improper storage or handling, misuse, modification, exceeding the maximum listed capacity rating of the product, damage caused by exposure to the outdoors, improper assembly or using the product in a way that was outside its intended use.
Dumbbell warranty will be voided if dropped onto concrete floors or hard surfaces.
No warranty is offered on used products.

To request a warranty claim:

In cases where warranty requests are submitted, sufficient proof is required to substantiate the claim including but not limited to pictures and videos that clearly show the issue in question. If sufficient proof is not provided, the warranty claim will not be honoured.
In the event that a product needs to be sent back for warranty, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping, taxes and fees associated with returning the item. The customer assumes all responsibility in the event that a product is lost during shipment.
