Whether you want to incorporate more variety into your back workouts or put less strain on your lower back, this machine is certainly perfect for that, and it's an excellent machine for a home gym. From beginner to intermediate lifters, this machine is suitable for everyone. Since starting our own home gyms, this was one piece of gym equipment that was definitely missed. With multiple grip options you can target all areas of the upper and mid back, and this machine can be used while sitting or standing.
