Adjustable Workout Bench

This bench allows for multiple adjustment options between flat and incline, with 9 upper pad adjustments, and 4 lower seat adjustments. With the ladder-style design, the adjustments can be done quickly and with low effort. The rubber feet make the bench less susceptible to shifting when working out. The minimal footprint of the single-foot front design does not get in the way, perfect for bench and shoulder pressing. This bench features a minimal gap of 1.5 inches between the two pads, making it much less noticeable than other benches.
