The last power rack you will ever need. This solid 3x3 power rack will allow you to workout your whole body with various compound exercises with all the necessary accessories included. Whether it’s squats, bench press, shoulder press, dips, landmine rows, or pullups, you can perform all your compound movements with this rack. The flip down safeties and safety spotter arms allow you to safely workout inside or outside the rack. The popular 3x3, 4 way hole pattern allows a variety of possibilities and configurations. This power rack also features an additional rear crossmember for extra stability. Depending on your goals, a power rack is one of the most important pieces in your home gym.
